Frequently Asked Questions

No returns on outboard motors. All outboard motor sales are final.

There is no refund for items that are used or broken. All merchandise must be returned in original condition and in original packaging. 

If the item is factory defective, we will replace the item or repair the item. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges for the replacement of a defective item. If it is under factory warranty, then the manufacturer is responsible. If the item is returned due to customer dissatisfaction or for any reason, (even if defective and the customer refuses a replacement) a service charge of 15% of the sale price will be kept for processing and handling fees. The shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The remainder will be charged back to the customer's account. There is no refund for items that are used or broken. All merchandise must be returned in original condition and in original packaging. All items will be inspected by Funtime. Funtime reserves the right to determine if a refund is granted or not. 

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Returns that do not have a Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the package will be refused. Return Authorization Numbers can be obtained by calling (305) 872-4222.

If an order is placed and authorized through the terminal, and is then cancelled by the customer, 15% of the sale price will be held for processing and handling fees. The remainder will be charged back to the customer's account.

  • Q. What are the shipping rates?
    • A. We ship DHL. Our shopping cart will automatically determine the shipping charges for you before you even enter your credit card information. Just click the item you would like to ship and enter your address. Click "Total Your Order" and the shopping cart will give you the total including shipping (and tax for Florida orders only). You can then check-out or cancel.
  • Q. There seems to be a slow leak but I cannot find it?
    • A.It is probably one of the Boston valves. You need to tighten the inner piece of the valve, not just the cap. Sometimes the valve is not properly seated. After inflating, make sure the valve is TIGHT to the boat, remove the cap and put your finger in the valve and gently tap the rubber wick several times. Replace the cap and tighten. This should seat the valve. Be sure to tighten the inner piece as well as the cap itself.
